Service Desk Manager

£42000 - £45000

Rapidly expanding IT Business requires a Support Desk Manager to manage the Support Team which is responsible for delivering first class Support to clients across the UK. The role will include team motivation, training, devising and implementing strategies for the department, ensuring the customer experience and satisfaction levels are high, etc.

The company are known for developing excellent customer relations throughout the implementation process and beyond and it is your key demand to ensure these relationships are built upon post-implementation.

In order to apply, you must have the following Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience within a Service Desk Management position
- Ideally will have a technical background and will be able to understand operating environment (Windows, SQL Server)
- Knowledge of ERP products would be beneficial
- Must have held position with full management responsibilities, including training and motivating staff, recruitment, setting strategies, etc
- Experience within ITIL environment, ensuring best practices across the team and beyond
- First class communication skills, able to foster strong relationships across the business
