IT Trainer required by major Media company, to aid in the adoption and utilisation of new technologies. Will be a mix of classroom training and floorwalking, working with the user base to ensure technologies are utilised and that the business therefore receives full return on the technical investment.
Will also be required to create a new training piece which will be utilised in the on-boarding of new starters, to ensure they are fully trained on the technologies before
To apply, you need the following skills & experience:
- Full training lifecycle experience, from documentation creation, to training delivery and Floorwalking
- Good technical abilities with excellent MS Office skills
- Experience of Skype for Business, Citrix Sharefile and Agile working environments would be highly advantageous
- First class communication skills, both written and oral
In this position, you will help ensure that the user base fully utilises the new technologies and as such, will help indoctrinate best working practices across the business.
This is a 3 month contract role.
