AI tools fail to reduce recruitment bias

AI tools are increasingly important in recruitment, helping recruiters sift through tons of applicants quickly and (one would hope) efficiently.

But a new study has shown that they don't actually reduce bias or increase diversity.

Labelled as "pseudoscience", the study says that bias is inherent in the selection process and can miss out on a lot of good candidates.
