REC Membership
As an REC Corporate Member, we adhere to the Code of Professional Practice.
REC members are recognised for their professionalism and the value they provide to clients and candidates.
Our Code helps recruiters get it right. It goes further than the legal obligations and makes sure we are always acting ethically. If you are displaying the REC logo, it's a sign of quality. It tells candidates and clients that you have passed our Compliance Assessment and adhere to our Code.
Caring About Our Local Community
Apache are proud to support local community initiatives and Keech Hospice Care is our chosen charity (we are Business Club Gold Founder members). The charity provides critical care and support to children, adults and families facing terminal and life-limiting illnesses across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes.
By partnering with Keech Hospice Care, we are helping people live well for longer and making a real difference in our local community. At Apache Associates we believe in giving back and supporting those who need it most.
Isle of Wight Trek Fundraiser
Apache Managing Director, Glen Bird, is participating in the Keech Hospice Isle of Wight Trek to raise money for this amazing cause. The challenge involves hiking the entire coastal path on the Isle of Wight, spanning 70 miles (112km) over 5 days.
How to Get Involved?
We encourage everyone to get involved in supporting the charity. They host lots of exciting charity events and there are numerous ways to support this incredible organisation.
Want to make a difference? Visit keech.org.uk to learn more about how you can help fundraise or volunteer. Their fundraising team is always ready to support and guide potential volunteers and donors. You can reach them at 01582 707940 or email letmehelp@keech.org.uk.
Our Environmental Commitment
We don’t simply talk about environmental responsibility; we actively implement it.
From minimising paper usage and printing to reducing our carbon footprint by making our offices more energy-efficient, recycling, donating and reducing fuel consumption with virtual meetings.
We are working towards becoming a carbon-neutral business in the future and are committed to continuous improvement.
