The UK government could be strengthening sexual harassment policies in the workplace.
If the bill goes ahead, employers will have to "take all reasonable steps" to prevent it happening in their business, or face fines.
They'll also be liable for failing to take reasonable steps to prevent harassment from customers and clients.
